The Westside Warriors are pleased to announce the promotion of Head Coach Darren Yopyk. Darren will now be the General Manager and Head Coach of the Warriors.
Yopyk recently led the Warriors to a third place finish in the BCHL?s Interior Division and a second round playoff appearance in his first year with the team.
Entering his second year with the team he is working tirelessly in recruiting high end prospects and ensuring the Warriors fifth year in the league is the best year ever.
Darren welcomes the challenge of continuing to build a strong team and, most importantly, molding young men?s futures.

Yopyk said. ?I am excited to continue to build on the strong foundation that has been established over the past five seasons. I look forward to continue not only building a Championship team, but also building Champion players and people along the way.?
