The Warriors are trying trying to bounce back after suffering a 5-1 loss Friday night to the Vees. It was a game the Vees needed to make a statement in after losing to a beat up Wenatchee Wild team last Wednesday. The Vees did that and more Friday night scoring the Teddy Bear Toss goal only 47 seconds into the game setting the tone. The Warriors would only tally one goal off a Vees turnover in their own zone.

Tonight the Warriors will need to do more than just provide a great effort. Puck possession and getting quick movement out of their zone is paramount in order to achieve the upset. The Warriors also need to take advantage of players like Vees leading score Jay O’Brien who’s out of the lineup with injury. Last night Tyler Ho showed that he’s a force to be reconed with in the BCHL scoring two goals in the second period with the third line of the Vees combining for 9 points. The Warriors need to be extra aware of the trio of Tyler Ho, Tristan Amonte and Colton Kalezic this evening.

This evening’s game will be broadcast on both HockeyTV and the Warriors Mixlr Network. Puck drop at 6:00pm from Royal LePage Place in West Kelowna. For tickets to any upcoming home game visit tickets.westkelownawarriors.ca for details and packages.
