“I’m extremely excited and humbled to be recognized by the CJHL and NHL Central Scouting,” said Warriors forward Parm Dhaliwal, “I’m looking forward to getting a chance to suit up for Team Canada West and be apart of the event.”

Each of the players selected in the CJHL Prospects Game were chosen through the efforts of NHL Central Scouting with the 40 players chosen from various leagues around the CJHL being the top 40 Canadian Junior ‘A’ prospects heading into the 2017 NHL Draft in Chicago.

The game will take place on Wednesday, January 27th at 4:30 PM PST from the Ed Lumley Arena within the confines of the Cornwall Civic Complex in Cornwall, Ontario. The game has been hosted in British Columbia twice as it has been in Vernon and most recently in Surrey last year.

The Warriors (17-16-0-1) are back from their holiday break as they take on the Trail Smoke Eaters (16-17-0-3) to begin a home-and-home set on Thursday night at Royal LePage Place. Tickets are available for purchase at the Warriors office or by calling (250) 769-7051.
