Early Wednesday morning, on your drive to work, you may have noticed a city bus in full of motivated community leaders trying to improve the aesthetic appeal of Downtown Westbank. Marketing Director Chris Laurie represented the Warriors organization in the bus stop clean-up blitz. ?It?s great to see the influential community members volunteering their time to get down and dirty for the welfare of their community,? said Laurie. ?In just half an hour, we filled the back of a pick-up truck with garbage.? He was joined by several members of the Westside Fire Department, city councilor David Knowles, and many other energetic volunteers.
