WEST KELOWNA, B.C. – The new look Warriors(5-18-3-2) host the veteran lineup of the Nanaimo Clippers(20-7-1-1) Saturday evening.

Warriors vs. Clippers 2019/20 Regular Season Schedule:

Saturday, November 30th @ Royal LePage Place (6:00 PM)

Wednesday, January 29th @ Frank Crane Arena  (7:00 PM)

The Warriors are coming off one a tough loss to the Powell River Kings Friday night. It was a game where the Kings came out with a stellar defensive performance and great goaltending, something the Warriors couldn’t match in the game. Kings goaltender Thoams Wardle stopped all 31 shots the Warriors gave him, while the Kings were able to capitalize on every scoring chance they were given.

Tonight the Warriors face off against the oldest team in the BCHL the Nanaimo Clippers. The Clippers are coming off a dominant win over the Wenatchee Wild south of the border by a score of 7-1. The Clippers are also utilizing former Warriors leading scorer Brandon Dent up front after being dealt Thursday afternoon. Dent was unable to register a point for the Clippers in their 7-1 victory but will eye some scoring this evening in West Kelowna in his return to the RLP. The thing the Warriors need to do is focus on this older Clippers team up front that can score even without the likes of Brandon Dent in the lineup. The Clippers are led by the likes of Ethan Scardina and Joshua Bourne, who have averaged a point a game this season.

This evening’s game will be broadcast on both HockeyTV and the Warriors Mixlr Network. Puck drop at 6:00pm from Royal LePage Place in West Kelowna. For tickets to any upcoming home game visit tickets.westkelownawarriors.ca for details and packages.
