Who’s Hot:

West Kelowna:

  • Cal Hughes – Forward – Westwood, Massachusetts – Boston University

Goals in four consecutive games, the longest continuous goal stretch in his BC Hockey League career, has Hughes hitting his stride at just the right time in the Warriors schedule. The BU commit comes into action on the weekend possessing 4 goals and 3 assists for 7 points during a four-game point streak, including a goal and two-assist effort on Saturday night in Vernon against the Vipers.

  • Sean Keohane – Defenseman – Milton, Massachusetts – Harvard University – Buffalo Sabres Prospect

Finding the back of the net twice in Saturday’s win in Vernon, Keohane registered his first career multi-goal game. The Buffalo Sabres draft pick isn’t known for his points from the blue line but has strung together points in four of his last five games, earning two goals and four assists for six points in that span.

Penticton:

  • Billy Renfrew – Forward – Fairbanks, Alaska – Northern Michigan University

Riding a three-game point streak in which all of those games have been multi-point efforts, Renfrew has quickly risen to second on the Vees in scoring. Adding to his hat-trick effort in Coquitlam on Saturday, the Northern Michigan commit has four goals and three assists for seven points during his point streak with Renfrew earning 12 multi-point games this season.

  • Will Ingemann – Goaltender – Plymouth, Minnesota – St. Thomas University

Fresh off of breaking the BCHL’s shutout streak, posting 218:56 of brick wall action, Ingemann has to be feeling very confident about where his game is at. A commit of St. Thomas University, Ingemann has put up video game-like numbers this season, especially over his last six starts. During that time, Ingemann holds a 0.50 goals against average and a .969 save percentage with 4 shutouts and has not been tested for more than 21 shots during that time as well.
