Phoenix grew up in Ontario, where she played rep hockey as a goaltender and developed a strong connection to the sport from an early age. She continued her athletic career at Brock University, competing as a dual-sport varsity athlete in golf and soccer while earning a degree in Business Communication.

With a passion for sport and community, Phoenix has built her career at the intersection of athletics, marketing, and business development. She has worked with organizations across Canada to grow brand awareness, activate sponsorships, and create fan-first experiences. As the founder of Rise Virtually Marketing, she has supported clients in the sports, tourism, and lifestyle sectors through strategic campaigns and digital engagement.

Now based in the Okanagan, Phoenix brings a competitive mindset and a deep appreciation for team culture to the West Kelowna Warriors. She is focused on expanding the organization’s presence, fostering local partnerships, and delivering value to fans, families, and the business community.
