Bring Your Own Bear night for the Westside Community Food Bank!
The Westside Warriors are pleased to announce our 6thAnnual Bring Your Own Bear Night presented by Don Folk Chevrolet this Saturday, December 10th, 2011.
Fans are encouraged to bring a Teddy Bear, new or slightly used, to the game. When the Warriors score the first goal of the game fans throw the Teddy Bears onto the ice!
Please also bag your Teddy Bears if you can so they don’t get wet on the ice.
Last year the Warriors collected 500 bears for charity.
This year is an extra special year for the Warriors because of our relationship with the Westside Community Food Bank. The Warriors and our fans have been collecting food donations and money all season long for our Kraft Hockeyville Hot Tub Draw presented by Beachcomber.
We are making this promotion special by donating all the money, food and teddy bears we raise this year to the Westside Community Food Bank!
Again, bring your Teddy Bears to this Saturday's game and help someone from your own back yard this Christmans 🙂
The Kraft Hockeyville Hot Tub draw is on December 17th, 2011 at the Warriors final home game before Christmas.
