PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – The Warriors(4-15-3-2) head up to Prince George for a rematch versus the Spruce Kings(8-12-2-3) Saturday night.

Warriors vs. Spruce Kings 2019/20 Regular Season Schedule:

Friday, October 4th @ South Okanagan Events Centre (10:00 AM) LOSS 3-2

Saturday, November 16th @ Rolling Mix Concrete Arena (7:00 PM)

Saturday, February 1st @ Royal LePage Place  (6:00 PM)

The Warriors come into this game with a seven game losing streak. The most recent loss, to the Cowichan Valley Capitals. The Warriors went into the game being scored on first during their entire losing streak. The Warriors last time they scored the first goal of the game was their last victory; a 2-1 win over the Salmon Arm Silverbacks.

Tonight the Warriors face battle the Prince George Spruce Kings, a club they faced back at the BCHL Showcase in Penticton. It was a close game with the Spruce Kings prevailing with a 3-2 win. The Spruce Kings would also score first in this game. Starting the game strong is a clear goal for Warriors Head Coach Brandon West. The Spruce Kings are also hungry for a win after suffering their fifth straight loss Friday night. Tonight the Spruce Kings will be more than motivated, they are debuting their new third jerseys, and are expected to come out strong versus a Warriors team that historically haven’t started hockey games off on the right note.

This evening’s game will be broadcast on both HockeyTV and the Warriors Mixlr Network. Puck drop at 7:00pm from the Rolling Mix Concrete Arena in Prince George. For tickets to any upcoming home game visit tickets.westkelownawarriors.ca for details and packages.
