WEST KELOWNA, B.C. –  The West Kelowna Warriors turn to the North Okanagan for Game #3 of the Interior Conference Quarterfinals Monday.

The Warriors are coming off a spilt of games one and two of the best of seven series. Game #1 didn’t go as planned with the Vipers coming out with a better effort. In Game #2 the Warriors answered back with a better effort and overall better execution. Forward Marcus Joughin earned first star honours after fantastic play on the back end and then picked up one goal and one assist. Charles Alexis Legault tied a Warriors franchise record for most points by a defenseman in a single playoff game with 3.

GAME #3  Monday April 4th @ Vernon Vipers (1-1):  7:00pm  (Best of 7 Series Tied at 1-1)

Tonight the Warriors get a big boost heading into game #3. Top forward Felix Trudeau returns after missing 5 games with a suspension he received at the end of a game in Merritt. Trudeau should lift up players like Alexi Van Houtte Cachero and Elan Bar Lev Wise who’ve only been able to combine for 1 point in the past two games. The presence of Trudeau in the Warriors lineup should also allow Warriors Head Coach Simon Ferguson get extra flexible with how he wants to tinker the lineup. When the Warriors forwards have been healthy we’ve seen Ferguson go with a more balanced attack rolling four lines especially during the month of March. Either way, the Vernon Vipers are going to be well aware of Felix Trudeau’s presence on the ice Monday night.

This game broadcast will be available on the Shaw Spotlight Channel, BCHLTV(formally HockeyTV) and the Warriors Mixlr Radio Network. Puck drop at 7:00pm from Kal Tire Place in West Kelowna. Tickets available at Westkelownawarriors.ca. We want to welcome our Presenting Sponsor of the Post Season, London Drugs.
