Program Overview

Day 1 Each Week – Skating Foundations Session

The first session of each week is dedicated entirely to skating mechanics and efficiency, forming the foundation for all on-ice performance.

Day 2 Each Week – Game & Position-Specific Skills Session

The second session of each week shifts focus to game application and position-specific development, allowing players to put their skating and skills into action.

Designed for U18 athletes preparing for high-level competition, emphasizing faster tempo, elevated expectations, and advanced skill refinement.
