Your Warriors are on the road to Salmon Arm this Tuesday, November 11 to challenge the Silverback to tie up the first place slot in the Interior Conference. The Silverbacks presently hold first place with 34 points, where the Warriors have 32 points for the second place slot. The Silverbacks hold a 8-1-1-0 record in their last ten games, where the Warriors have a 8-1-0-1 record in their last ten games. Tuesday night?s battle should be one of the highly interesting games of the season as both teams know the outcome is very influential and the stakes are high. Salmon Arm is coming off a low as they lost their Saturday night game to the last place Island Conference team, the Alberni Valley Bulldogs, 2-3. The Warriors are coming off a high with a big win in Penticton versus their arch rivals, the Vees, 5-2. The Warriors are lead by #33 Kevin Jebson, who has leaded his teammate?s too tremendous wins. Also, your Warriors have been lead by the captain?s #17 Ron Kelly with 22 points, #22 Trevor Bailey with 23 points, #21 Garrett Watson with 21 points, #20 Brad Plumton with 16 points, and #8 Joel Woznikoski with 5 points.

Friday, November 14, 2008 vs. Penticton Vees

The Warriors are hosting the Vees for a home game at the Royal LePage Place for a 7pm start.  The Warriors did win their first game ever away in Penticton on Saturday? bout 5-2, which was also Penticton? first loss in their new facility, so Friday? game doesn?t get any easier for the Warriors as the challenges and rivalry comes with the highest regards. Also, both teams will have all their players back from the World Jr A challenge, who have been absent for the past 2 weeks while representing Team Canada West.

Saturday, November 15, 2008 vs. Vernon Vipers

Saturday night?s second home game for the week features the Warriors vs the Vipers with a 7pm start at the Royal LePage Place. This past weekend the Vipers lost to Salmon Arm and beat the Merritt Centennials for 1-1 weekend, giving them a 12-6-2-1 record for third place in the Interior Conference. The Vipers are lead by #14 Braden Pimm with 23 points.

This week?s bouts will not only be full of BCHL rivalry, and exciting premier BCHL hockey, but will be personally very crucial for the Warriors to execute significant point production.
