FORMER D-MAN DRAFTED TO KHL

Former Warriors defenseman Spencer Humphries has been selected in the 5th round of the KHL draft.

Traktor Chelyabinsk selected Spencer at this week's Kontinental Hockey League Draft, the fourth of its kind.

Spencer spent the 2009-10 season with the Warriors collecting 14 points over 49 games.

Humphries then went onto the WHL with the Tri-City Americans, before finishing up his junior career as the Captain of the Calgary Hitmen!

Humphries is also a San Jose Sharks prospect.

The Warriors wish him all the best as he furthers his hockey career!
